Doorways of the FanMonday, August 29, 2016
If you've read my blog for some time, you've probably seen me mention the Fan district of Richmond before. It was named after the way the streets extend in the shape of a fan and is one of the oldest (and most beautiful) parts of the city. I moved to the Fan in 2011 to attend VCU and loved living on its quaint little streets, even if parallel parking is a beast. We moved out of the Fan in 2013 when Mark and I got married, but it's always fun to come back and visit. Now my sister lives there, so I can enjoy its beauty all over again every time I visit. I snapped a few pictures on my phone when I was there recently.
