Experience Slows You Down
What an industry needs are people who have no idea on how it operates. People that don't know that there are any rules. While it is good to break rules and push boundaries, it's much better to just never know that any rules exists. So when an agency boasts that they have years of experience in the field your company is working in. Run the other way, cause that only means that they know the rules. You need someone who doesn't.

Your Choice of Spoon Changes the Taste of Your Food
The next time you're getting ready to eat, think carefully about what utensil you choose to dig into that tasty morsel. Researchers, publishing in the journal Flavor, showed that how we perceive our food and even how we taste it, can be affected by the type of cutlery we use.
